The Conoscan 2000 is a modular, portable 2-D non-contact profilometer. A rotational 180° swivel arm enables profile measurements of an object during the production process without removing the object from the processing machine. Interchangeable lenses of the sensor offer down to 0.5µm precision and working ranges of over 200mm.

Collinear (co-axial) sensor - the laser beam is emitted and received in the same axis with no triangulation angle, allowing for measurement of holes, grooves and other deep concavities in a ratio of up to 1 (diameter) to 10 (depth).
Measurement speed - robust measurement frequency of up to 3000Hz.
Optional interchangeable objective lenses easily replaced by the user, enabling various working ranges on the same sensor.
