Executive Summary

Optimet's ConoProbe MK10 HD with a 25 mm focal lens was used to determine plastic tube surface error.  The sensor was used to measure a black filament‐wound plastic tube and its surface scratches.   All the results were obtained with high accuracy.

Tube Scratches

Note (fig.1) – Calculations of depth, length and width of the scratches were made along and across profiles.
